We are a dynamic collaborative made up of state and federal agencies, institutions of higher learning, and NGO’s serving the environment & education.

We are working together to observe, record, express and derive insights regarding the dramatic climatic changes that are going on right now inside our oceans, along our coastlines, and within our communities.

The 4CAST Project is really a collection of projects and efforts where we seek to better understand the way the climate change is affecting coastline and our community.
